Every year, the United Nations holds a Climate Change Conference, also called a Conference of Parties, or COP. This November, the 26th convening – COP26 – will be held in Glasgow, Scotland. Delegates from nearly every country in the world convene at COP to deliberate what they will do to address the climate crisis.
In this iteration of the Climate Speaker Series, join a panel of alumni from Drexel University and Washington University – St Louis, as they discuss their experiences at previous COP events, its influence on their academic and professional endeavors, and lessons learned for students who would like to engage in climate action. This panel will be moderated by Drexel University and is co-hosted by Washington University – St Louis and Rutgers University.
