K-12 education proves to be critical in increasing public awareness and concern about climate change. WUCCP seeks to explore and support holistic, interdisciplinary, and equitable climate change education in St. Louis high schools. As the implications of climate change are multifaceted, climate education requires students to use numerous perspectives. In order to facilitate this broad, encompassing, and solution-oriented understanding, we must help students understand climate change and all of its impacts through multiple disciplines.

A Curriculum Advisory Committee (CAC) was formed to provide insight and advice in moving Climate Across Curriculum forward. It is composed of local teachers who will meet to identify the needs of the St. Louis high school community.
